Horse Racing
One of the reasons I invented Thinking Sports was my love of Horse Racing and of Harness Racing which is huge in my native Australia.

I see Thinking Sports as a great way to access a new generation of race lovers through social media. If you provide consistent and useful content on a regular basis with race results in the mix, people will tune in every day and stay with you.

I see Thinking Sports used in the following way for Racing:

  • Posting regular images of the Results Board after each race
  • Regular weather forecasts for the venue (Important as you know for punters)
  • Venue promotion graphics (Restaurants and other facilities promotions)
  • Auto-Tweets (Up to 50) of racing info, tips and advice
  • Sponsor Ads complete with URL links to their websites (By getting sponsors for the feed, the cost of utilizing Thinking Sport can be totally offset)
  • Automatically posting News Items relating to either the race meeting or horse racing in general.
  • Possible links with betting operators

All of this content has a TV feel to it with Branding Overlayed on Weather Forecasts and Lower Third Graphics on the Results Board posts.

In addition to all of the above, by using our system, you can conduct interviews with Jockeys, Owners and others that will post directly into the feed automatically complete with Sponsor acknowledgement. For instance, This Interview brought to you by Fred's Fish Shop.

Because this is a set-and-forget system, once you set it going at the start of the day, it will continue to generate interesting and informative content all day long. If people have push notifications turned on they will automatically get updates to their phone of the race events wherever they are in the world.

Using Social Media in this way can build a global audience for Racing that over time would exceed anything TV is capable of.
